Mayu Shinjo, born January 26, 1973, is a Japanese manga artist. She has created many different manga, centering around the themes of love, sex, and general romance. She debuted in 1994 in Shojo Comic with Anata no Iro ni Somarita (I Want to Be Dyed Your Color), after which she created a flurry of other sexy stories. From 1994 to 2007, she wrote for Shogakukan, with her work frequently appearing in the magazines Shojo Comic and Cheese!,before going freelance in a displute over working conditions and treatment by her editor.

Shinjo is best known for her manga that puts teenage girls into titillating situations with more handsome, older looking men. Her stories borderline hentai, but are more of a soft ecchi. She has created a long lists of series and one-shots:
