Ready Steady Go is the second opening theme of the hit anime series Hagane no Renkinjutsushi, also known as Fullmetal Alchemist (or Hagaren or FMA), based on the manga series by Arakawa Hiromu (who also created Juushin Enbu ~Hero Tales~). While the anime has already finished with 52 episodes, a movie (Shambara wo Iku Mono, lit. The Conqueror of Shambala), various OVAs and specials, the manga is still on-going in the Gangan Magazine (Soul Eater).

Back to the song, RSG is performed by the succesful J-rock band L'Arc~En~Ciel, who also did the main songs of the movie, Link and Lost Heaven. It's heard from episode 14 to episode 25 (it's replaced just after a very important event in the series).
