st. chronica's diva
Sena Kashiwazaki is a second year student at St. Chronica Academy, a Catholic school. She's mindblowingly beautiful, with blond hair, blue eyes, and a very curvy body. This makes her the most desired girl at school, and she always has a bunch of boys following her every step. In addition, she's the daughter of the school's headmaster. However, this also means the rest of the girls hate her for her popularity, arrogance, and good looks. Combine this, with the fact that all those boys just want to be her boyfriend, and you get a very lonely girl who only wants to make friends...
Until Kodaka and Yozora form the Neighbours' Club, and she decides to give it a shot. But it won't be really easy, what with her eccentric personality: she considers girl from visual novels to be the perfect friends she's looking for, she's kind of a lolicon, and she sees every boy as her slaves... There's also her rivalry with Yozora, who clashes terribly with her due to their strong characters. She even calls her Meat as an insult, but Sena is secretly happy about it because for the first time in her life she has a nickname.
about boku tomo
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (I Don't Have Many Friends, also known as BokuTomo or Haganai) started as a light novel series written by Yomi Hirasaka and illustrated by popular artist Buriki. It's been adapted to two mangas. One has the same name as the novel and is written by Hirasaka too but illustrated by Itachi, while the other is called Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai+ and is an alternative version of the story, written by Misaki Harukawa and illustrated by Shouichi Taguchi. In 2011 it received an anime adaptation of 12 episodes, by Studio AIC Build.
The protagonist is Kodaka Hasegawa, a boy who transfers to Catholic school St. Chronica Academy. He has never had a stable home, and due to his looks and a series of misunderstandings, he has the reputation of a yankee, or young deliquent, despite being a quite nice and normal guy. Because of this, he hasn't got any friends. But one day he accidentally finds Yozora Mikazuki, a harsh and sharp-tongued student of his same age, talking to her imaginary friend Tomo, since she hasn't got any friends either. Seeing that both are in the same situation, they create the Neighbours' Club, a club for people who want to make friends. They are joined by Sena, Rika (a perverted genius), Maria (a 10-year-old teacher and nun), Yukimura (an effeminate boy who wants to be manlier), and Kobato (Kodaka's little sister and lover of gothic anime). None of them are exactly sane, so hilarious adventures are to be expected.
The plot is the nearly the same in the novel, the first manga, and the anime, while the second manga retells what could have happened if Kodaka had met Sena first, instead of Yozora.
